Mission Statement

To provide basic health care to those with no resources to pay with the following major goals in mind:

to glorify God by sharing the love of Christ with all
to prescribe and dispense 99% generic medicines from our own pharmacy
to influence physicians to prescribe generic medicines whenever possible; to prescribe non-generics only when generics have failed or when there is no alternative to their use
to develop strategies for Basic Health Care and thus to establish an appropriate tier of care between current health care for the insured and no or minimal care
to advocate for the poor; to intercede for those who have no voice or no knowledge about entry into an appropriate health care system
to have an all volunteer work force so that all resources can be devoted to medical care and medicines
to offer educational training to medical, pharmacy and nursing students where emphasis is directed to:
1. listening to patient
2. reliance upon physical exam skills rather than expensive lab tests and x-rays
3. utilizing cost effective approaches to health care
4. addressing spiritual needs of patients
5. highlighting the physician-as-servant model
