The all volunteer work force is comprised of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, clerks and translators, none of whom receives financial remuneration of any kind. We have our own pharmacy, a pharmacist-in-charge, a pharmacy permit from the State Board of Pharmacy, which enables us to purchase and dispense our medications free of any charge to the patients.

HFMC is independent of any other organization. We do not solicit funding from any agency, church, denomination, grant, fundraiser, nor individual, but are supported by donations from people who understand and believe in our mission. All donations are tax deductible uner the Internal Revenue Service code.
