Services

HFMC provides preventative, longitudinal and some acute care to individuals ages 18 to 65. We do not as yet have the capability to see pediatric patients nor those in need of gynecological services. Back-to-work physicals are offered but not sports or school physicals. Sexually transmitted diseases are treated but we do not offer STD screening. Our pharmacy uses a generic formulary. For a few medicines, not a port of our formulary, we will intervene with drug companies on one of OUR patient's behalf (example - inhaled steroids) to obtain medication. We have no services beyond primary care and no gynecology. We do not prescribe narcotics. Acute care is limited to office type situations and not emergency care.
